Here is a 1996 Bally Scared Stiff pinball playfield.  This was a restoration with some custom artwork enhancements (topless and higher cut black outfit).  Playfield was also signed by game designer, Dennis Nordman, and the artist, Greg Freres at the Texas pinball show.  When Greg was signing this playfield he just loved this topless version of Elvira.
