Here is a restoration on a 1951 Gottlieb GLAMOR playfield.  This is an extremely rare game.  Only a few of these are still known to exist.  At some point in its life someone did some basic touchups to it.  These old touchups had to be removed to show the original artwork to use as a guide for restoring this playfield.  Lots of airbrushing and hand touchups were required to restore this playfield.  No stickers, overlays or decals were used in this restoration.  Everything on this playfield was painted, including airbrushing the woodgrain pattern back onto the wood.  A large chunk of plywood was missing by the center (red/green/white inserts) that had to be repaired.  Our non high-gloss (matte) clear coat was used to match the look of the older EM style finish.    We did this restoration 10+ years ago.
