| Shipping Information: We use UPS for all return shipping. Customers pay all return shipping, usually $40-$50 depending on your location and insured value. We always try to use the same box and packaging material the playfield was shipped to us in. |
| HOW TO SHIP A PLAYFIELD: Find a box to fit the playfield(s) or build one. Most people use styrofoam and bubble wrap. It's best to sandwich the playfield between two pieces of styrofoam and then bubble wrap it. Then place wrapped playfield in a cardboard box. You may also use a wood box. If you are sending more than one playfield it is best to separate the playfields with styrofoam. You should also insure your playfield and use a shipper of your choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). We recommend at least $1000 coverage for shipping insurance. |
